Paulo Simões is a Visiting Professor at ISCTE Executive Education (ISCTE-IUL) and a Visiting Assistant Professor at NOVA Medical School. He holds a PhD in General Management, Strategy, and Business Development from ISCTE-IUL and a Medical degree from the University of Lisbon. He works as a Consultant in General Surgery at multiple institutions and has served in leadership roles, including the Board of Directors of the College of General Surgeons of the Order of Physicians. His work spans over 40 publications and communications in surgery, gastroenterology, and healthcare management.
