Paulo Finuras

Paulo Finuras is a Guest Associate Professor at ISG - Business & Economics School of Lisbon and an Invited Professor at ISCTE-IUL Executive Education. He is the Owner of PF Lda, a training and consulting firm, and holds a license for the Hofstede Model in Portugal and Africa since 1999. His expertise focuses on Cultural Intelligence, Intercultural Management, Political Science, Biopolitics, and Evolutionary Psychology. He guides leaders through research, mentoring, and workshops to understand evolutionary origins of human behavior and its implications for leadership.
