Paulo MARZIONNA

Paulo Marzionna is Assistant Professor at IÉSEG School of Management, teaching negotiation and human resource management. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with additional qualifications in arbitration law and business administration.

Research examines workplace conflict resolution, bullying perceptions, and ombudsman systems. Recognized with dissertation awards from Labor and Employment Relations Association and teaching excellence awards. Professional background includes employment law practice and HR business partnership in financial services.

Cross-cultural expertise spans European, North American and Latin American labor systems. Current projects develop compliance education frameworks for medical schools and analyze ethical dimensions in negotiation.
