Dan McCray serves as a Lecturer at Cornell University and Luxembourg School of Business, concurrently holding the position of Director for Labor Relations Programs on Conflict Resolution at Cornell. In this capacity, he develops and teaches professional education curricula in negotiations, conflict resolution, and collective bargaining for union and employer representatives across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
