Pauline Carry

Pauline Carry is an Assistant Professor at Princeton University, affiliated with the Department of Economics and the School of Public and International Affairs. She is also a Research Affiliate at IZA and a member of the Industrial Relations Section. Her research focuses on labor economics and macroeconomics, particularly the determination of employment contracts and the role of labor market institutions.

Before joining Princeton, she was a Saieh Family Postdoctoral Fellow at the Becker Friedman Institute, University of Chicago. She earned her PhD in Economics from Institut Polytechnique de Paris in 2023, receiving the W.E. Upjohn Institute's top dissertation award.
