Paulette Dilworth is an Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum Instruction at the University of Alabama at Birmingham's School of Education. She also serves as Vice President-Access & Engagement, bridging academic and administrative roles. Her expertise spans educational leadership, diversity initiatives, and civic education. Dilworth holds a Ph.D. in Education from Emory University (2001).
Her research focuses on multicultural citizenship education, organizational culture in higher education, and technology integration in teacher preparation.
