Dr. Paula Marantz Cohen is Distinguished Professor of English and Dean Emerita of Pennoni Honors College at Drexel University. She holds a BA in English and French from Yale University and PhD in English Literature from Columbia University.
Her scholarship focuses on Shakespeare's exploration of empathy, 19th-20th century Anglo-American literature, and the civilizing power of conversation.
