Professor Paula Griffiths is a Professor of Population Health and Associate Dean of Research and Innovation at Loughborough University, UK. She holds an academic position in the School of Sports, Exercise and Health Sciences. Her research focuses on global public health, with particular emphasis on maternal and child nutrition, urban health, and the impact of socioeconomic factors on health outcomes. She has conducted extensive studies in low- and middle-income countries, addressing issues such as stunting, food insecurity, and the effects of extreme weather on healthcare systems.
