Dr. Paula Englis is the Charles A. Dana Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Berry College's Department of Management and Entrepreneurship. She specializes in knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship, strategic management, and international business. Her research focuses on startup internationalization, business planning effectiveness, and expert predictions in entrepreneurial success. Dr. Englis holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the University of Memphis, an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a B.S. in Economics (Honors).
Her teaching and research emphasize global entrepreneurship strategies, knowledge management systems, and strategic intent in multinational enterprises. She has advised hundreds of students and entrepreneurs in launching ventures across high-tech industries like Dynamix, Shootproof.com, and Studyhubb. Notable contributions include studies on internationalization mindsets, startup survival prediction models, and business model innovation in IT sectors.
