Jim Price is a Lecturer of Entrepreneurial Studies and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, where he has taught entrepreneurship to MBA students since 2003. A serial entrepreneur with nearly three decades of experience, he has launched and led multiple tech-enabled businesses, achieving successful exits through two company sales and one IPO.
His academic work focuses on practical entrepreneurship education, mentoring student entrepreneurs through the Zell Lurie Institute. Price's research examines business model innovation across different sectors, sharing economy applications, and startup scaling strategies.
