Professor Paul Wragg is a leading scholar in media and privacy law at the University of Leeds, holding the School of Law as his primary affiliation. His work interrogates the tensions between free speech and privacy in both public and private spheres, grounded in political philosophy (notably John Stuart Mill and Kant).
