Paul Williams

Dr. Paul Williams is a Senior Lecturer in Earth and Environmental Sciences at The University of Manchester. He holds a PhD in Physics (1999) and a BSc in Physics with Electronics from UMIST (1995). His research focuses on aerosol chemistry, atmospheric science, and aviation emissions, with particular interest in aircraft emissions regulation and air quality. He leads projects like the EASA-funded 'Assessment of Environmental Impacts Framework Contract' (2021-2025).
