Paul Weinberg

Paul Weinberg is a Lecturer at the University of California, Irvine, affiliated with both the UCI School of Law and the Paul Merage School of Business. He teaches Real Estate Transactions as a member of the adjunct faculty, bringing decades of practical legal experience into the classroom.

Paul Weinberg's research and teaching interests center on Real Estate Law and Construction Law. With over 26 years as a real estate litigator and 18 years in transactional law, his expertise spans entitlement processes, agreement negotiation, lender coordination, and dispute resolution in California real estate. He has moderated continuing education panels for the University of California’s Continuing Education of the Bar and taught civil trial practice at UC Hastings College of Law.

His publications have appeared in prominent legal outlets such as West’s Zoning and Planning Law Report, University of California’s Continuing Education of the Bar, and Law360. These works reflect his deep engagement with zoning, land use, real estate transactions, and construction-related legal issues. His writing often bridges academic insight with practical application, targeting legal professionals and educators.

Paul Weinberg is the CEO and Founder of Paul Joseph Weinberg Law Offices, where he continues to practice law with a focus on real property. He has presented at six national conventions for the American Institute of Architects, demonstrating cross-disciplinary influence.

As an educator and practitioner, he integrates professional experience into academic instruction, contributing to legal education across multiple UC campuses.
