Paul Thompson is an Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Choral Activities at Ripon College. He leads the Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, and Choral Union, while teaching courses such as Conducting I/II, Choral Techniques, Music History I, and Catalyst curriculum. His research focuses on Servant Leadership in choral rehearsals and Information Pedagogy frameworks for conducting education. He also conducts Aperi Animam, a professional early music ensemble in Milwaukee, and participates in national choral performances.
