Paul Steven Visich

Paul Steven Visich serves as Professor and Chair of the Exercise and Sport Performance Department at the University of New England, located in the Harold Alfond Forum. He holds academic credentials including a Bachelors in Health Education from Pennsylvania State University, Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from George Williams College, and dual Doctorate in Exercise Physiology and Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh, with certification as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine.

His expertise spans clinical exercise physiology with emphasis on cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation, 12-lead ECG interpretation, and altitude physiology where he leads field studies at 12,000 feet in Colorado.
