Paul Schmeling was a renowned pianist and educator at Berklee College of Music since 1961. He held the role of Professor of Piano and Keyboard, as well as Chair of the Piano Department for 40 years. His expertise spanned music theory, ear training, and jazz performance, with notable contributions to pedagogy through his co-authored textbooks like Berklee Practice Method: Keyboard and solo work Berklee Music Theory: Book 1.
