Associate Professor Paul Ramcharan is an Honorary Associate Professor at RMIT University's School of Global, Urban and Social Studies (GUSS) based at City Campus, Australia. His research focuses on disability policy, human rights, restrictive practices, and social work. He supervises research projects exploring community-academic partnerships in social work field education, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and capacity-building practices in philanthropy. His teaching interests include disability advocacy and policy.
