Paul Mayberry, Ph.D., is a Teaching Professor at the College of Humanities, Coastal Carolina University, specializing in Intelligence and Security Studies. His distinguished career includes senior roles in national security, such as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Readiness during the George W. Bush administration and leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, RAND Corporation, and Center for Naval Analyses. He has also held academic appointments at RAND Pardee Graduate School and Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
