Paul MacDonald

Paul MacDonald is a Senior Lecturer (part-time) in the Department of Physiotherapy at Buckinghamshire New University (BNU), where he teaches on the BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-Registration) programs. He maintains clinical practice with Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Trust (ASPH) in Surrey, focusing on Respiratory Physiotherapy.

His expertise includes Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV), respiratory physiology, and clinical imaging. He has contributed to pioneering initiatives like Transcutaneous CO₂ monitoring at ASPH. He holds a BSc in Physiology (Leicester University, 2003) and an MSc in Rehabilitation Science (Brighton University, 2008).
