Paul Levy is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business and Law, University of Brighton, and a long-standing member of CENTRIM (Centre for Research in Innovation Management). He also holds associate positions at Ulster University and the University of Warwick. His work bridges academia and industry through extensive knowledge exchange initiatives.

Paul Levy's research focuses on innovation management, digital transformation, and the role of creativity and collaboration in organisational change. His recent work explores digital innovation, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the skills required for digital mastery. He investigates how SMEs innovate online and offline, often using action learning approaches. His research also covers responsible management, digital strategy, and ethical AI implementation.
His publications and activities show a strong trend toward digital transformation in SMEs, ethical technology use, and the future of work. He frequently contributes to public discourse via The Conversation, enhancing the accessibility of academic research. His most recent works extend into 2025, covering topics like workspace design, AI ethics, and digital leadership.

He was the Principal Investigator in a KTP project with Extech Cloud. He chairs the Art of Management and Organisation conference and co-chairs the bi-annual Management and Innovative Technologies conference.
He is actively involved in consultancy and invited talks, particularly on AI ethics, digital strategy, and leadership in the digital age. His work continues to evolve with emerging technologies and their organisational implications.
