Paul Hill is an Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona, affiliated with the Human Spatial Cognition Lab within the Department of Psychology. His research bridges cognitive neuroscience and aging, focusing on episodic memory, spatial navigation, and their relationship to functional mobility in healthy aging and preclinical Alzheimer’s disease.
Dr. Hill employs multimodal methodologies, including immersive virtual reality, fMRI, fluid biomarkers, and wearable sensors, to investigate how cognitive and motor systems interact across the adult lifespan. He teaches CGSC 321 – Methods in Cognitive Science, emphasizing empirical approaches to studying cognition.
