Paul Finn is a Professor and current Chair of the Psychology Department at Saint Anselm College. He is a licensed Psychologist in New Hampshire with over 30 years of experience as a professor and 15+ years as an NCAA DII varsity coach for both men's and women's teams. His roles include serving as faculty advisor for the Psi Chi Honor Society and director of the Sports Studies interdisciplinary minor.
His educational background includes:
- Ph.D. in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi (1984)
Dr. Finn's research integrates Health Psychology, Neuropsychology, and Sports and Exercise Psychology through collaborative projects with upper-level undergraduates. His clinical expertise combined with US Track and Field Level I/II distance coaching certification enables unique investigations into psychological principles affecting athletic performance and health outcomes.
