Paul C. Milazzo is Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of History at Ohio University's College of Arts and Sciences, where he has been a faculty member since 2001. He specializes in 20th-century U.S. political and environmental history, with a focus on Congress, federal policy, and conservatism.
