Professor Paul C. L. Ho is a faculty member at the School of Pharmacy, Monash University Malaysia. He holds a B. Pharm (Hons) and Ph.D. from the University of Queensland, followed by postdoctoral research at the University of Michigan, Queensland Institute for Medical Research, and the National Institute for Aging (NIH). His research focuses on pharmacokinetics, biopharmaceutics for CNS diseases (drug-resistant epilepsy, Alzheimer’s), and drug delivery systems. He is an honorary professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University and contributed to 3D printing for pharmaceutical applications via the Centre for Additive Manufacturing (AM@NUS).
Dr. Ho has received awards including the 2011 Outstanding Medical Graduate Drug Technology Mentor Award (AAPS) and Outstanding Scientist Award (NUS). His recent projects include investigating microbial dynamics in psoriasis and developing novel drug delivery strategies. He actively participates in academic events like the 1st International Conference in Pharmaceutics and Cosmetics (ICPCos 2024).
His 2024 publications highlight advancements in adipose-targeted drug delivery, nutraceutical metabolomics, cancer biomarkers, and hepatocellular carcinoma therapies. His work aligns with UN SDGs addressing health and well-being.
