Paul Bagdan

Paul Bagdan is a Professor at Johnson & Wales University (JWU) since 2000, specializing in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in guest service management, strategic management, and hospitality strategy. His research focuses on guest service strategies, tip elimination, and technology in hospitality. He has authored two editions of the textbook Guest Service in the Hospitality Industry and contributed to national curriculum development projects.
