Dr Paul Anthony Haigh is a Senior Lecturer in Networks & Systems at the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London, with extensive industry experience including roles as Principal Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Labs (NJ, USA) and positions at Toshiba's Quantum Technology laboratories (Cambridge, UK). Prior to his current appointment, he served as a Lecturer in Communications & Signal Processing at Newcastle University and held post-doctoral positions at University College London and the University of Bristol.

- INITIATE: EPSRC RIIE grant (£3.6M) as Researcher Co-Investigator for UK programmable internet infrastructure
- EPSRC Standard Mode project (£1M) on polymer LEDs with visible light communications
He leads research within the Networks Group and Communications Systems Research Group at Queen Mary, maintaining strong industry collaborations with AT&T and Toshiba to translate academic research into practical communication technologies and infrastructure solutions.
