Professor Hoa Le-Minh is a Professor in Optical Communications and Deputy Head of the Department of Mathematics, Physics, and Electrical Engineering at Northumbria University, UK. Previously, he held roles including Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, Research Assistant at Siemens AG, and Lecturer at Ho Chi Minh University of Technology. His research focuses on photonics, optical communications, visible light communications (VLC), smartphone technology, signal processing, and intelligent networks. He has published over 200 articles and secured grants from EPSRC, Innovate UK, the EU, and industry.
