Paul A. Kowert

Paul A. Kowert is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Massachusetts Boston's College of Liberal Arts. He specializes in international relations theory, U.S.-Japan relations, foreign policy analysis, and political psychology, with expertise in research design.
