Vendulka Kubalkova is a Professor at the Department of International Studies within the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Miami. She holds a JUDr. (Doctorate in International Law) from Charles University in Czechoslovakia and a Ph.D. in International Politics from Lancaster University in England. Her expertise spans international relations theory, post-Soviet studies, and the intersection of religion/culture in global politics, while also pioneering pedagogical innovations through IT integration.
