Patrizio Martinelli is an Assistant Professor at Northumbria University's Department of Architecture and the Built Environment. Previously, he held roles at Miami University and IUAV University of Venice, focusing on teaching and research in architecture and interior design. His research explores modernism, adaptive reuse, and theatricality in architecture, with a creative emphasis on collage techniques. He holds a PhD in Architectural Composition from IUAV University and was awarded the Italian National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor in 2018.
