Patrick Nessenthaler is a Lecturer in Real Estate Finance at the University of Louisville's Louisville College of Business. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, he has executed $4+ billion in complex debt/equity transactions and now leads the development of Kentucky's first Center for Real Estate. Previously, he served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Louisville and Rutgers University.

He received the REBNY Most Ingenious Deal of the Year award for his work on EmblemHealth's medical office building in East New York.
