Vineet Bedi is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University, where he has been teaching since 2018. He is affiliated with the Finance Department and contributes to the Master's programs at both NYU Stern and the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, as well as Fordham University.
His research and professional interests center on real estate finance, capital markets, and institutional investment strategies. Mr. Bedi is a CFA® Charterholder and holds a B.S. in Finance & Management Information Systems from NYU Stern. His career includes leadership roles at prominent financial firms such as Guggenheim Partners, High Rise Capital Management, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is the Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer of Logos Living Capital, LLC, and Founder & Managing Partner of KRV Capital, LP, where he has deployed over $10 billion in capital across public and private real estate investments.
He has taught courses including Real Estate Capital Markets and Real Estate Investment Strategies, integrating real-world investment frameworks into academic curricula. His advisory roles span various public and private real estate entities, reflecting his influence in both industry and education.
