David Eyzenberg

David Eyzenberg is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University, where he teaches in the MBA program. He also instructs graduate real estate finance courses at NYU Schack and Columbia University's Master of Science in Real Estate program.

His research and professional interests center on real estate finance, investment banking, and capital markets. With extensive industry experience, his work bridges academic instruction and practical application in commercial real estate and private equity.

Mr. Eyzenberg holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in real estate finance and investment from New York University. He serves as President of the NYU Schack Real Estate Institute Alumni Board and is a member of the Advisory Committee for the NYU Schack Institute.

He is an active member of several professional organizations, including Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Real Estate Landlords Association (RELA), and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), and frequently speaks at industry events.

David Eyzenberg's career combines academic teaching with high-level practice in real estate capital raising and financial advisory. He has held leadership roles at Avison Young, NewOak Capital, and Prodigious Capital Group, and is currently Managing Partner of a real estate investment firm and partner at Anika Equities. He began his career on the buy side at Merrill Lynch, Ramius Capital Group, and Greenstreet Partners.
