Tinchuck Ng

Tinchuck Ng is a Lecturer at the Center for Real Estate, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is also a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of The Taloquence Group, a real estate investment advisory firm focused on cross-border transactions and fund formation. Her professional experience includes senior roles at Cottonwood Management, Easternflair, Aviva Investors, BlackRock, and Taurus Investment Holdings, spanning the U.S., China, Germany, Sweden, and other jurisdictions.

Education: B.S. from MIT, MArch (with Distinction) from Harvard University. Credentials include CFA® and CAIA® charters, and the Wharton Executive Education Certificate of Corporate Governance. Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and German.

Research interests include real estate investment management, cross-border capital formation, and product development. Notable projects include the USD 1.1 billion EchelonSeaport mixed-use development in Boston. She has structured over USD 2.2 billion in cross-border investments across 100+ transactions.

Leadership roles include board memberships at Harvard’s Real Estate Academic Initiative, MIT’s DesignX Advisory Board, and Cottonwood Management’s Real Estate Board. Specializes in large-scale real estate transactions and infrastructure establishment.
