Patrick Chung-Chia Huang

Patrick Chung-Chia Huang is an Assistant Professor at the College of Law, National Taiwan University. He holds a J.S.D. from the University of Chicago Law School (2023) and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (2018), along with LL.M., LL.B., and B.B.A. (finance) degrees from National Taiwan University.

His research focuses on Substantive Criminal Law, with particular emphasis on White-Collar and Financial Crimes, Cyber Crimes, and the Economic Analysis of Criminal Law. While his publications are not currently visible here, his work reflects interdisciplinary approaches bridging law and finance.
