Patricia Wrigley

Patricia Wrigley is a Lecturer in the School of Graduate Studies at Trinity Western University, teaching the Master of Arts in Leadership program where she advises the Leadership Integration Project (LDRS 697/698) and instructs LDRS 632: Leadership and Change. She recently retired from a distinguished health care career in British Columbia, contributing to innovations in Laboratory Medicine, Health Care Informatics, and Cardiac Care.

Her educational qualifications include:

• M.A. in Research & Scholarship
• MLT (Canadian Society of Medical Technology) – General Laboratory Technologist
• ART (Advanced Technologist specializing in Hematology) from Canadian Society of Medical Technology

Dr. Wrigley's expertise bridges academic leadership principles with practical health care applications, focusing on optimizing team strengths for patient care quality. Her research interests emphasize translating leadership theory into health sector innovation, particularly in laboratory medicine and cardiac care systems.

At TWU, she mentors students in leadership integration projects, drawing from decades of health care experience. Her advisory role centers on guiding learners to apply change management frameworks in real-world settings, reflecting her career-long focus on professional development.

Patricia resides on a hobby farm in Langley, BC, with her husband, near her two sons and four grandchildren. She continues to honor her daughter’s memory following her 2016 passing due to epilepsy complications.
