Patricia Sully is an Adjunct Professor at the Seattle University School of Law. She previously served as the former Assistant Director of ATJI at the same institution. Her educational background includes a B.A. from Calvin College (2004) and a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law (2011, Magna Cum Laude).
Her research focuses on legal reform, particularly in domestic violence legislation and criminal justice policy. She has contributed to the Seattle University Law Review with a notable publication on Washington State legal reforms. Her advocacy spans social justice, human rights, and healthcare access, reflecting her Peace Corps experience in HIV/AIDS sector community building and prior work with a free neighborhood health clinic.
Sully has engaged in international legal work as a judicial extern at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. She remains active in social movements, such as the Occupy Seattle legal collective. Her career blends academic contributions with grassroots advocacy and policy analysis.
