Patricia Sheridan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting, CIS & Law at Manhattan University. A former attorney with 15 years of legal practice, she specialized in corporate governance, trusts, estates, and real estate transactions. She holds a JD from Fordham University and a BA from Manhattan University. Her research focuses on data privacy, technology law, contract law, and employment law.

Her research explores digital asset inheritance challenges, cybersecurity pedagogy, and legal education innovations. Recent work includes analyzing the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act and developing curriculum alignment for CPA certification standards. She has presented at international legal studies conferences and authored over a dozen peer-reviewed articles.

Teaches courses including Business Law I/II, Employment Law, and Data Privacy Research. Served as President of the North East Academy of Legal Studies in Business (2016-2017) and contributed to the Westchester Bar Journal as associate editor.
