Patricia MacCulloch is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Susan and Alan Solomont School of Nursing, Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences, University of Massachusetts Lowell. She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing (2023), DNP in Organizational Leadership (2014), and prior degrees from the University of Massachusetts Worcester and Rhode Island College. Her expertise spans evidence-based health promotion, healthcare policy, and nursing workforce legislation. She is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and a Fellow of both the National Academies of Practice and the National Hartford Center of Gerontological Nursing Excellence.
Research Interests: Participatory research, public policy, older adult health promotion, fall prevention, nursing workforce policy, and interprofessional education. Her work emphasizes translational research and organizational leadership in healthcare.
