Dr. Patricia Hall is an Associate Professor and Interim Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at Western University's Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. She also serves as the Interim Department Chief of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Children's Hospital, Western University.

Dr. Hall specializes in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, with a focus on Mood and Anxiety Disorders. She pioneered the first Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) Subspecialty Program at Western University, recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Her work emphasizes wellness, program assessment, and improving access to mental health services through initiatives like urgent psychiatry consultations and emergency department diversion clinics.

As Program Director (2010-2020), she led the CAP program through reviews and national recognition. She co-investigated projects to reduce wait times and increase ambulatory program capacity, and currently co-leads national CAP education efforts as Vice Chair of the Canadian Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Education Committee.
