Patricia Enzmann is a Research Associate at the ZHAW School of Management and Law's Department of International Business, affiliated with the Center for Culture & Creativity in International Business (C3IB). Her work focuses on strategy, innovation, and cultural resources in international markets. She holds an MBA from CKGSB Shanghai (2007-2009) with a Dean's List Award, an MSc in Psychology and Business from University of Berne (1995-2000), and a BSc from University of Basel (1992-1995). She also completed continuing education in higher education didactics at ZHAW (2022).
Her research explores ASEAN market readiness for Industry 4.0, cross-cultural negotiation tactics in China, and blockchain's impact on business sustainability. Notable projects include the Asia Entrepreneurship Training Program (2019, with ETH Zurich) and the Sino-Swiss Zhenjiang Industrial Park Training (2016). She has held leadership roles such as Interim Head of the Center for Asia Business and General Manager at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (Nanjing branch).
Teaching includes courses on intercultural management, international organizational communication, and digital transformation in Asia-Pacific. Her awards include recognition for academic excellence in her MBA program. Recent publications address ASEAN economic clusters, Chinese negotiation strategies, and blockchain's role in stakeholder power dynamics in ride-sharing platforms like Uber.
