Patricia Dionne

Dr. Patricia Dionne is an Associate Professor at the Department of Career Counseling, University of Sherbrooke. Her work focuses on group career counseling, social justice, and professional integration, particularly for marginalized populations such as long-term unemployed individuals, refugees, and those with mental health challenges. She employs Cultural-Historical Activity Theory to analyze collective learning processes and transformative interventions.
