Patricia Clayton, Ph.D., PE, is an Associate Professor specializing in structural and natural hazards engineering. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University (2007), an M.S. (2010) and Ph.D. (2013) in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
