Dr. Pat Pawson is a Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia at the University of Glasgow, affiliated with the School of Veterinary Science & Education. His research focuses on vascular physiology, haemoglobin-based oxygen carriers, and analgesic interventions. He completed his PhD in Veterinary Science (2002) and has led studies funded by BSAVA Petsavers and the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. He has published extensively on anaesthesia, pain management, and veterinary pharmacology.
