Pat Bradley is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Arts Leadership (ARTL) at Queen’s University’s Dan School of Drama and Music. She also teaches in the Arts and Media MBA program at Schulich School of Business and has held roles at institutions including the National Theatre School. Her career spans over three decades in arts policy, nonprofit management, and education.

Research interests focus on nonprofit governance, arts funding strategies, and cultural policy. She pioneered initiatives like LEAN Arts (pro bono advising for arts organizations during the pandemic), chaired the Design Incubator program for lighting designers, and contributed to research management in arts policy (2003–2008). Her work bridges academic leadership with practical arts administration.
Awards include the 1979 William Atherton Prize for History, awarded for her undergraduate thesis analyzing Canadian theatre in the 1920s–1930s.
