Naomi Campbell is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Arts Leadership at Queen's University. With over 35 years of experience in Canadian performing arts, she specializes in developing and curating new Canadian performance works, particularly in theatre. She served as Artistic Director of Luminato Festival Toronto (2018–2023), leading its programming as an international arts festival. Her expertise includes national and international touring, organizational strategy consulting for artists, and accessibility initiatives in the performing arts.
Educated at the University of Toronto (Political Science) and with additional training in Accessibility for the Performing Arts through the British Council, Campbell has taught at the National Theatre School for over a decade, delivering workshops at U of T, Langara College, and professional organizations. Her awards include the Dora Mavor Moore Awards, Victor Martyn Lynch-Staunton Award, and Mallory Gilbert Leadership Award.
As a creative producer, dramaturg, and mentor, she has developed multi-award-winning projects and emphasized accessibility and leadership in the arts sector.
