Paramdeep Bilkhu

Dr. Paramdeep Bilkhu is a Research Fellow and therapeutic optometrist at Aston University, specializing in anterior eye disease and presbyopia treatment. He holds a PhD in Anterior Eye Disease (2013) and multiple postgraduate qualifications including a PgCert in Clinical Optometry (2014) and PgCertHE in Teaching (2019). As a module leader for the Ophthalmic Doctorate program, he teaches ocular therapeutics and prescribing. His research focuses on allergic conjunctivitis modeling, dry eye diagnostics, and contact lens performance, with 23 peer-reviewed publications.
