Dr. Param Srikantia is Professor of Management and Leadership at Baldwin Wallace University's Carmel Boyer School of Business. A TEDx presenter and globally recognized educator, he integrates behavioral science with mindfulness practices. Holds a PhD from Case Western Reserve University and multiple master's degrees from University of Iowa, Tata Institute, and University of Bombay.
