Susan Kuznik is a Professor and Dean of the Carmel Boyer School of Business at Baldwin Wallace University since 1985. She teaches graduate courses in systems thinking, management information systems, organizational behavior, strategic management, and marketing/management, as well as undergraduate courses in management, ethics, and behavioral theories of management. She actively contributes to BW's Professional Development and serves as a frequent lecturer.

Kuznik’s research focuses on innovation, organizational culture, entrepreneurial orientation, strategic management, and leadership. She explores how gender perceptions bias leader effectiveness and satisfaction within small groups. Her consulting practice spans strategic management, organizational effectiveness, global planning, financial analysis, and management system redesign across private, non-profit, education, healthcare, and government sectors.
She has held adjunct faculty and lecturer roles at Kent State University, Cleveland State University, Ursuline College, The University of Dayton, and NOVA Southeastern University.
