Pamlea N. Brady

Dr. Pamlea N. Brady serves as Chair and Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Talladega College, a position she has held since 2019. She previously taught at Lawson State Community College and Stillman College. Her research focuses on viral protein structures, particularly coronavirus macrodomains, and method development for biochemical analysis. She is a recognized scientist, honored as one of 1,000 Inspiring Black Scientists in America (2020).

Dr. Brady’s academic contributions span over a decade, with notable publications in analytical chemistry, structural biology, and biomedical research. Her work bridges fundamental science and applied methodologies, including advancements in fluorescent sensors and thermal stability assays for educational and clinical applications.
